The Opportunity

Educore Services seeks to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual in ICT Network & Infrastructure Administrator to be based in Solwezi. The suitable candidate will report to the ICT Manager directly and contribute to all ICT administration and support within the organisation

Commencement Date: 1st August 2026 or sooner

Main Purpose of the Job

• Support the maintenance, development, and implementation of ICT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage ICT assets and ensure proper allocation and protection of equipment.
• Maintain power protection and backup systems for servers and network infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), VPNs, and user access controls.
• Monitor internet connectivity, bandwidth usage, and service provider SLAs.
• Configure and maintain security appliances and related systems.
• Assist with ICT projects in line with organisational strategic plans.
• Supervise and support ICT Academic Specialist across all sites

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science will be an added advantage
• 5 years in ICT support, systems administration or related roles.

• Understanding of ICT security practices and backup procedures.
