I am a dedicated and passionate primary school teacher with a wealth of experience in international education. I was born and raised in a small town, and I always had a love for learning and a natural ability to connect with children. My journey in education has been a global adventure, shaping me into the inspiring educator that I am today. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Primary Education and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, from where I developed a strong foundation in pedagogy and child development. Eager to explore diverse cultures and teaching methods, I embarked on a teaching career that led to various international schools across the globe. With a suitcase full of enthusiasm and an open mind, I took my teaching career in a bustling city in Middle East. Here, I embraced the rich cultural tapestry of my students, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. I quickly adapted my teaching style to cater to the diverse needs of my international students, making learning a vibrant and collaborative experience. After three years in Middle East, my teaching journey took me to Central Asia, where I taught in an international IB World school that emphasized global citizenship. Inspired by my experiences, I integrated cross-cultural perspectives into my lessons, creating a curriculum that celebrated the uniqueness of each student’s background while promoting unity and understanding. In Central Asia, I encountered a new educational landscape that challenged my creativity. I navigated through the intricacies of language and cultural differences, skillfully incorporating these elements into my teaching strategies. My adaptability and resilience allowed me foster and nurture an inclusive classroom environment. I encourage my students to ask questions, think critically, and express themselves creatively. Through a combination of hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and real-world connections, I ignite a love for learning that extends beyond the textbooks. As a primary school teacher with international school experience, I am proud to say I embrace the qualities of a global educator – open-minded, adaptable, and committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals. My journey has not only shaped the lives of my students but has also enriched my own perspective on the power of education in fostering a global community.
